2018 Senate Bill 907: Exempt sale of school's bus to contractor from use tax

To exempt from use tax the purchase or lease of a school bus by a company that is under contract to provide bus service to a public school district. This is projected to benefit these companies by around $3.8 million.   Official Text and Analysis.
