2017 House Bill 4607: Revise juvenile court age limit detail

To extend from age 17 to age 18 the limit of a juvenile court’s jurisdiction and location of juvenile detention in some instances. This is one of a number of bills that have been offered as part of a "raise the age" juvenile justice effort.   Official Text and Analysis.
