2014 Senate Bill 997: Define “frequent parenting time” for foster children

To require children in foster care to have “parenting time” at least once a week, unless a court determines that even supervised time with the child’s parent may be harmful to the child’s life, physical health, or mental well-being. Current law requires “frequent” parenting time but does not define this.   Official Text and Analysis.
