2012 Senate Bill 1043: Increase process server fees

To increase allowable travel, mileage, and various other fees paid to process servers who deliver court documents. When an individual is sued, the constitutional right of due process requires that he or she must be notified of the pending lawsuit, which is called "service of process".   Official Text and Analysis.
