To provide for the assignment, redirection or abatement of child support payments under certain circumstances consistent with the revisions to the state "Support and Parenting Time Enforcement Act" proposed by House bill 6004. The bill would authorize the Court Family Services Office authority to determine whether a particular child support payer could make payments directly to the person responsible for the child's care, rather than into the existing centralized state.
