To increase from $2 to $4 the state remonumentation fee added to fee charged by county clerks for recording of legal documents. The fee would go back to $2 in 2013. A county which has already spent its own taxpayers' money for remonumentation (in particular, Oakland County), could reimburse itself from the higher fees.
