A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,” by amending sections 2567 and 2567a (MCL 600.2567 and 600.2567a), section 2567 as amended by 2016 PA 224 and section 2567a as amended by 2022 PA 271, and by adding section 2567b.
Increases recording fees, establishes a new fund for statewide aerial imagery and mapping, and updates procedures and allocations to support modernized property records and geospatial services in Michigan.
