A bill to amend 2006 PA 110, entitled “Michigan zoning enabling act,” by amending section 201 (MCL 125.3201).
Temporarily prohibits Michigan local governments from adopting or enforcing zoning ordinances regulating residential land development for two years, thereby pausing local control over residential zoning.
