A bill to make appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027 for capital outlay to finance projects to demolish, construct, renovate, or equip buildings and facilities on state property, property owned by institutions of higher education and community colleges, and property under the control of the state building authority; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations.
