A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” (MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 224g.
Would prohibit, with certain exceptions, the sale or possession of firearm magazines holding more than 10 rounds in Michigan starting January 1, 2027, with violations punishable by up to 90 days in jail or a $500 fine.
