A bill to amend 1972 PA 106, entitled “Highway advertising act of 1972,” by amending section 17b (MCL 252.317b), as added by 2014 PA 2.
Allows permits for crossing limited access right-of-ways to erect or maintain signs when no other access is available, while maintaining penalties for unauthorized access.
