Senate Bill No. 792 updates and extends Michigan's Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act by clarifying definitions, expanding eligibility and reporting requirements, increasing financial incentives, and extending the program's sunset date to 2036 to further support the rehabilitation of obsolete commercial and residential properties in distressed communities.
