A bill to amend 2016 PA 407, entitled “Skilled trades regulation act,” (MCL 339.5101 to 339.6133) by adding section 222.
Allows retired skilled trades professionals in Michigan to obtain an honorary emeritus license, provided they no longer practice and clearly identify their emeritus status in all references to their former occupation.
