A bill to amend 1982 PA 162, entitled “Nonprofit corporation act,” by amending sections 261, 271, 821, 1012, and 1041 (MCL 450.2261, 450.2271, 450.2821, 450.3012, and 450.3041), sections 261, 821, and 1012 as amended by 2014 PA 557 and section 1041 as amended by 2014 PA 559, and by adding section 261a.
