A bill to amend 1986 PA 255, entitled “Prepaid funeral and cemetery sales act,” by amending sections 4, 6, 11, 12, 15, and 21 (MCL 328.214, 328.216, 328.221, 328.222, 328.225, and 328.231), sections 4, 6, 11, 15, and 21 as amended by 2004 PA 21 and section 12 as amended by 2010 PA 327.
