A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” (MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding sections 5525a and 5525b.
Amends Michigan law to require bulk solid material facilities to implement strict dust control, real-time air quality monitoring, and public transparency measures, with phased compliance and oversight by the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy.
