A bill to amend 1984 PA 270, entitled “Michigan strategic fund act,” by amending section 9 (MCL 125.2009), as amended by 2024 PA 117, and by adding chapter 8F.
Amends the Michigan Strategic Fund Act to expand reporting requirements, establish a new Small Business Program and Fund to provide grants and support to small businesses, and enhance transparency and oversight of state economic development initiatives.
