A bill to amend 2000 PA 305, entitled “Uniform electronic transactions act,” by amending sections 3, 16, and 18a (MCL 450.833, 450.846, and 450.848a), section 3 as amended by 2020 PA 247, section 16 as amended by 2014 PA 102, and section 18a as amended by 2020 PA 335.
