A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending sections 31, 32b, and 662a (MCL 257.31, 257.32b, and 257.662a), section 31 as amended by 2017 PA 94 and section 32b as amended and section 662a as added by 2017 PA 139.
