A bill to amend 1979 PA 218, entitled “Adult foster care facility licensing act,” by amending section 13 (MCL 400.713), as amended by 2018 PA 557, and by adding section 28d.
House Bills 6320, 6321 and 6322 enhance licensing standards, resident feedback mechanisms, and medication oversight in Michigan adult foster care facilities to improve safety, care quality, and regulatory compliance.
