A bill to amend 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1, entitled “Michigan employment security act,” (MCL 421.1 to 421.75) by adding section 32f.
Requires the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency to securely retain and make accessible digital records of claimant applications and certifications for at least seven years, with annual audits and penalties for noncompliance.
