Construction: code; code requirement to use air tightness testing to test a commercial building's building envelope; prohibit.

A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled “Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act,” (MCL 125.1501 to 125.1531) by adding section 4j.

House Bills 6303 and 6304 prohibit the enforcement or creation of rules requiring air tightness testing for commercial buildings in Michigan.
