A bill to regulate certain app store providers and developers; to regulate certain individuals downloading apps; to require verifiable parental consent for certain activities of minors; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; to prescribe civil sanctions; to provide remedies; and to declare certain contractual provisions unenforceable.
