A bill to amend 2023 PA 281, entitled "Public officers financial disclosure act," by amending sections 3, 6, and 7 (MCL 15.703, 15.706, and 15.707), sections 3 and 7 as amended and section 6 as added by 2025 PA 3.
Expands and strengthens Michigan's financial disclosure requirements for public officers by increasing the scope and detail of reportable financial interests, including those of spouses and dependents, and introducing new transparency measures for gifts, travel, and assets.
