A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending the heading of part 171 and sections 17101, 17104, 17105b, and 17107 (MCL 324.17101, 324.17104, 324.17105b, and 324.17107), sections 17101 and 17107 as amended and section 17105b as added by 1995 PA 124, by designating sections 17101 to 17109 as subpart 1 of part 171, and by adding subpart 2 to part 171; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.
