A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” (MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding sections 32509a and 32509b; and to provide for a referendum.
Would allow traditional timber crib docks and boathouses in the Les Cheneaux Islands with local approval and specific environmental safeguards, contingent on approval by Clark Township voters.
