A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled “Michigan consumer protection act,” (MCL 445.901 to 445.922) by adding section 9b.
Requires the Michigan Attorney General to investigate and report on prescription insulin pricing practices, with the goal of enhancing consumer protections and recommending policy changes to prevent unfair or excessive pricing.
