A bill to amend 2006 PA 110, entitled “Michigan zoning enabling act,” (MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702) by adding section 205e.
Prohibits local zoning ordinances from restricting the connection of accessory dwelling units to the primary dwelling's sewer system when both units are owned by the same person and located on the same parcel.
