A bill to amend 2006 PA 110, entitled “Michigan zoning enabling act,” (MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702) by adding section 205c.
Amends Michigan's zoning law to prevent local ordinances from restricting non-fire rated windows in accessory dwelling units if the windows are more than 12 feet from other structures.
