A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled “The code of criminal procedure,” by amending sections 1 and 21 of chapter XVII (MCL 777.1 and 777.21), section 1 as amended by 2002 PA 34 and section 21 as amended by 2006 PA 655.
