Labor: fair employment practices; labor service agencies; regulate.

A bill to regulate temporary labor service agencies, the clients of temporary labor service agencies, and temporary laborers; to prohibit retaliation for exercising rights granted under this act; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; to provide for the promulgation of rules; and to provide remedies and sanctions.
