A bill to amend 1977 PA 72, entitled “The medicaid false claim act,” by amending section 6 (MCL 400.606), as amended by 1984 PA 333.
Amends the Medicaid False Claim Act to impose stricter mandatory minimum prison sentences for those convicted of conspiring to defraud the state through false Medicaid claims, taking effect 90 days after enactment.
