A bill to require certain data centers to implement security measures; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; and to prescribe civil sanctions.
Establishes mandatory cybersecurity and resilience requirements for Michigan data centers, including risk-based programs, safety systems, incident response and disaster recovery planning, and imposes civil penalties for noncompliance.
