Crimes: trespassing; penalties for trespassing; increase.

A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” by amending section 552 (MCL 750.552), as amended by 2013 PA 230.

Amends Michigan's trespassing law to clarify language, increase penalties for repeat offenders, and maintain exceptions for process servers.
