A bill to create the fetal alcohol spectrum disorders task force; to prescribe its powers and duties; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities.
Creates a multi-disciplinary task force to develop and coordinate statewide strategies for preventing and addressing fetal alcohol spectrum disorders in Michigan, with a five-year mandate and annual reporting requirements.
