A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending sections 309 and 310e (MCL 257.309 and 257.310e), section 309 as amended by 2022 PA 45 and section 310e as amended by 2019 PA 33, and by adding section 309a.
