A bill to amend 2008 IL 1, entitled “Michigan Medical Marihuana Act,” by amending sections 3, 4, and 6 (MCL 333.26423, 333.26424, and 333.26426), section 3 as amended by 2021 PA 62, section 4 as amended by 2016 PA 283, and section 6 as amended by 2020 PA 400.
