A bill to amend 2018 IL 1, entitled “Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act,” by amending sections 3, 8, and 14 (MCL 333.27953, 333.27958, and 333.27964), sections 3 and 8 as amended by 2023 PA 166 and section 14 as amended by 2023 PA 165, and by adding sections 9b, 9c, 9d, 9e, and 9f.
