A bill to amend 1974 PA 258, entitled “Mental health code,” by amending sections 100a and 260 (MCL 330.1100a and 330.1260), section 100a as amended by 2023 PA 118 and section 260 as amended by 2014 PA 200; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.
