A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled “Michigan consumer protection act,” by amending sections 3 and 4 (MCL 445.903 and 445.904), section 3 as amended by 2022 PA 152 and section 4 as amended by 2014 PA 251, and by adding section 3j.
