A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 1114 (MCL 436.2114), as amended by 2011 PA 27.
House Bill No. 5518 amends the Michigan Liquor Control Code to allow certain airport licensees to sell alcohol at any time with local approval, while retaining existing restrictions and permit requirements for other licensees and Sunday morning sales.
