A bill to amend 1990 PA 187, entitled “The pupil transportation act,” by amending section 10 (MCL 257.1810), as amended by 2006 PA 107, and by adding section 10b.
Senate Bill No. 467 allows schools to contract with public transit agencies for pupil transportation under strict safety, procedural, and inspection requirements when no other viable options exist.
