Senate Bill No. 430-432 revises Michigan's drug laws by introducing more detailed and substance-specific penalties for controlled substance offenses, particularly increasing penalties for large-scale opioid trafficking, and clarifies probation discharge procedures and expands probation eligibility for certain nonviolent offenses, set supervision fees, and support rehabilitation.
