A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 1113 (MCL 436.2113), as amended by 2011 PA 27.
Amends the Michigan Liquor Control Code to regulate the sale of spirits and mixed spirit drinks on Sundays, allowing counties to decide on prohibitions, and includes provisions for motorsports complexes and existing prohibitions.
