A bill to amend 2005 PA 210, entitled “Commercial rehabilitation act,” by amending section 16 (MCL 207.856), as amended by 2020 PA 217.
House Bills 5305 and 5306 extend the deadlines for granting new commercial redevelopment and rehabilitation exemptions from 2025 to 2030, giving property owners additional time to apply for these tax incentive programs.
