House Bills 5227–5229 would modernize Michigan’s real estate laws by requiring written buyer-agency agreements with compensation disclosure, strengthening and clarifying agency duties and relationships, expanding consumer protections, and allowing limited-service arrangements, all contingent on related legislation.
