A bill to amend 1915 PA 31, entitled “Youth tobacco act,” (MCL 722.641 to 722.645) by adding section 1a.
House Bill No. 5096 would prohibit Michigan state agencies from imposing regulations on vapor products that are different from those applied to other products, unless required by state or federal law.
