House Bills 5094-5095 phase out Michigan’s Industrial Hemp Growers Act by abolishing the Industrial Hemp Fund and transferring its balance to the Agriculture Licensing and Inspection Fees Fund, while repealing the state’s existing hemp regulatory framework effective February 1, 2026.
