A bill to amend 2018 IL 1, entitled “Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act,” by amending sections 3 and 13 (MCL 333.27953 and 333.27963), as amended by 2023 PA 166.
House Bill No. 5085 amends Michigan's marihuana regulation law to clarify definitions, address tribal business arrangements, and eliminate the 10% excise tax on recreational marihuana sales beginning January 1, 2026.
