A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending section 16653 (MCL 333.16653), as added by 2018 PA 463, and by adding section 16650.
House Bill No. 4910 allows licensed health professionals to count active participation in approved professional associations toward their continuing education requirements, provided certain conditions are met and the association is approved by the Department of Health.
